Better Performance
The Sapphire Flow Wrapper is powered using One Motion technology. To offer state of the art flow wrapper, we needed to use state of the art technology. One Motion offers unmatched acceleration with faster and more precise positioning than inner runner servo motors.
Food Safety
The magnetic, direct drive technology removes the need for a conventional motor / gearbox setup. This means no chance of oil leaks as no lubricants are used above the food line and fewer nooks and crannies where food debris is often found. The One Motion pulleys are sealed for life, making them wash down safe.
Reliability & Efficiency
With a conventional motor / gearbox system, power is transferred and lost through gears of each rotating part. Meanwhile, One Motion products directly rotate the pulley, using only 1 transfer of energy. The internal components rotate at the same speed as the outer shell, creating a more reliable product, built to withstand the test of time. Using fewer rotating components equates to 54% energy savings over a conventional setup.
